This involves an instruction agent visiting a claimants home to compile a full LEI investigation. The agent will take a signed CFA checklist and explain the CFA fully to the claimant.

• Personal and address ID for the client, ID sheet and ‘True Likeness’ form
• Thorough investigation of LEI with LEI checklist and clear copies of insurance documents
• Explain the funding process
• Complete the CFA checklist
• Collect all relevant documents
• A photograph of scarring, if relevant and appropriate

• Confirm the client wishes to proceed 
• If so, make an appointment to collect the documents  
• Collect personal and address ID for the client, ID sheet and ‘True Likeness’ form
